Coffee - Adam

I just want to start off by saying I have been doing paper work more often than I'm use to but last night I had Frickers Wings which probably explains what is happening to my body now

I don't understand how we got to where we are in some aspects of life. One for example is coffee. Are you telling me someone took every bean they found ground it up then put water through it so that the water would turn to a different drink. But it didn't stop there, they also knew it would be better if you warmed it up also? How did the world figure out some of this stuff that we do? Or tobacco even. Someone looked at a tobacco leaf and thought "hmm I know if I put this in my lip or roll it in paper I can smoke it and it will feel good" I'm not buying this and further more I'm not sure that coffee is the purpose of coffee beans. What if we are suppose to take coffee beans and melt them down skim the top of that melted concoction then with that freeze it for 2 years and boom you have some awesome new food? Same goes for any other thing we make.

Mind bottling

  1. I have thought about this many times in terms of eggs. Who decided they were going to eat the thing that just came out of the chicken?

P.S. I'd like to see a blog that details the author's summer plans (both authors). That would make this reader happy.

  2. Ellen I think that suggestion needs to be voiced in the facebook fan page under the Ideas? Discussion Topic...

  3. I agree with Adam here Ellen. You really should file things in their proper place.

I have definitely wondered about those things, especially with drugs, like you were saying with the smoking. Who thought...maybe if I roll this up, stick it in my mouth, put fire on one end, and inhale whatever the result is, this could produce an effect that I might like.

Ellen...I think people probably saw animals eating eggs and thought, "Hey, now there is a delicious idea."
