Arms - Adam

I can't train like I did when I played football and since you know how I feel about winter it makes it difficult to get motivated to go to the gym and lift. at the age 22 I am getting less and less motivated to lift but I still want my bod to look like it did in my prime so I'm looking for tips and such. I'm only looking to work glamor muscles obviously you know pecs, bis, tris, abs, and maybe calfs but that's pushing it. on the rare occasion that I do make it to the gym I do what I like to call "the half hour of power" it consists of 3 sets of 10 reps of bench, curls (for the girls) and abs. this is a powerful yet quick workout done mon, wed, fri, and if done successfully the perfect body will be obtained. half hour of power followed by a shower give you arms the size of a tower. but like I mentioned its winter so I don't make it to the gym so I need helpful tips for in my own home
